As you can probably work out from its name, Doc Organizer 3.3 is a file administrator that lets you manage all file types, and it classifies them accordingly (ie Word, Excel, HTML, PDF, etc) so they are much easier and quicker to locate and access.

Otherwise you can just add hyperlinks via the Windows clipboard. The most useful feature, perhaps, is that a document may be placed in a few categories, but there are no duplicates on your hard disk!
